Step 4 - Alliances
It's important to realize that no one does this alone. You may be large and in-charge, but there are number of puzzle pieces that will help you prepare for the unknown. Trust us when we tell you, there is always an unknown or two or three, or twenty. TriStone Group offers a number of the services that will help you at the beginning, middle, and end of this venture. But we, too, can't do everything ourselves. We've used a number of different human resources over the years and continue to refine those extended relationships to work with the best and most reputable people in the business.
That said. People change. You may be thrilled with your attorney, but they suddenly tell you they are retiring or changing their focus from real estate to malpractice suits. You could have the best electrician around only to find out he's moving to Canada (that actually happened). The best thing you can do is to stay active in the community in which you plan to invest. Meet the power players in the area and keep your eyes and ears open constantly for new experts that may help you. Better yet, have someone in that market doing that very service for you. Maybe TriStone Group?
We've learned the hard way to about what it means to have good connections, and we are always looking for more. At a minimum, you should have an attorney and an accountant you trust. We've mentioned some of the servcies you'll need already, but this is a more complete list:

Not making connections with these groups of community leaders is sure to lead to unnecessary headaches down the road. We can guide you through the minefield and help you take the right steps to move forward. But we're not even half way there yet! Keep reading.
