Step 4 - Alliances

It's important to realize that no one does this alone. You may be large and in-charge, but there are number of puzzle pieces that will help you prepare for the unknown. Trust us when we tell you, there is always an unknown or two or three, or twenty. TriStone Group offers a number of the services that will help you at the beginning, middle, and end of this venture. But we, too, can't do everything ourselves. We've used a number of different human resources over the years and continue to refine those extended relationships to work with the best and most reputable people in the business.

That said. People change. You may be thrilled with your attorney, but they suddenly tell you they are retiring or changing their focus from real estate to malpractice suits. Meet the power players in the area and keep your eyes and ears open constantly for new experts that may help you. Better yet, have someone in that market doing that very service for you. Maybe TriStone Group?
